WFB unsealed self-priming pump is a self-priming pump with an unsealed structure. It adopts a special sealing device and self-priming principle to achieve leak free operation of the pump during operation. This type of pump is not only compact in structure and easy to operate, but also runs smoothly and is easy to maintain. It has a high level of WFB unsealed self controlled self-priming. The working principle of the pump is based on the self-priming principle of centrifugal pumps, combined with a special sealing device. Before starting the water pump, fill the pump casing with water (or if there is water inside the pump casing itself). After starting, the high-speed rotation of the impeller causes the water flow in the impeller channel to flow towards the vortex shell. At this time, a vacuum is formed at the inlet, causing the inlet check valve to open, and the air in the suction pipe to enter the pump and reach the outer edge through the impeller channel. As the impeller continues to rotate, the vacuum inside the pump gradually decreases, and the liquid is continuously sucked in and discharged from the pump body, thus achieving self-priming function. Efficiency and longer service life.
